Obedience brings breakthrough! If you’ve been obedient to God and have done everything He’s asked you to do, and you still haven’t seen your breakthrough, pray the prayer below. You can also watch the video for the whole teaching.
Pray Out Loud
- “Father God, I come to You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Father God, I ask You to consider my obedience. I’ve been obedient to everything You’ve asked me to do. If there’s anywhere I haven’t been obedient, I repent, and I ask for grace, mercy, and forgiveness. I ask the Lord Jesus Christ to put His blood on my sins of disobedience. I repent, Father God, if I’ve ignored Your nudges and ignored Your pushes. I repent for feeling sorry for myself. I repent for my lack of faith and my lack of belief. Help my unbelief, Lord Jesus, that You would put it all under Your blood and erase it forever.
- “I stand before You today, Father God, ready to be obedient. I ask You to nudge me hard with Your Holy Spirit and push me to do it until I do it. I desire to be obedient to You, Lord God, for obedience is greater than sacrifice. Father God, I know if I’m obedient to the call that You’ve called me to and I show up every day for You in whatever it is that You’ve called me to do, I will not fear. I know that You’re taking care of my family. I know that You’re taking care of my health. I know that You’re taking care of all my needs right down to gas in my car. You’re paying my bills. You’re doing everything because I serve You. You, who are promised, are faithful, and I will act in obedience right now no matter what.
- “I ask You, Father, to assign angel armies to me, my household, my ministry, my business, and my family so I can go forth and do what You’ve called me to do with divine protection. I’m in expectation of Your glory, Father God, because I want to brag about You to everybody about how you provided, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and amen. This word will not return void. It will prosper for what it is sent, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. So be it!”
