1. What were the dreams of your future when you were a child?
2. What would you do every day that gives you joy and satisfaction even if you were not paid to do it?
3. What would you do right now in your life if money was not an issue?
4. Who do you want to serve (what people or situations do you really care about and want to help/change)?
5. Who do you want to inspire with your life and example?
6. How can you add value to people or their lives?
7. What is your unique message (what is unique about you or sets you apart from others)?
8. Who and what will benefit from your gift most?
9. What situations keep popping up that you are always there to solve?
10. Why do you want to do this, and do you feel “called” or “pulled” to do something specific?
Important Notes From Class:
- What you discover about yourself along the way in very simple parts of your journey may actually be your calling and gifting for the Lord!
- We need to allow ourselves to have these different discovery experiences!
- Just allow God to move us into things!
- You see this is how the Lord works! He is going to get you into that place of discovery!
- That’s why we just have to say “yes” to God to whatever it is, even if it doesn’t make sense!
- The Lord will lead you to self-discovery of what your true gifts and talents are!
DISCOVERY IS KEY!
- Where are these points of self-discovery that God has shown you?
- Even that He shows you for your children?
- What He’s called you to do what he’s anointed you to do! (Anointing is the power of the Holy Spirit upon your gift to do it better than normal and even miraculously).
- Good mentors in your life are important – they see things in you that you may not see in yourself!
- It could be just as simple as you realizing: “wow I really like doing that!”
- These times of discovery that God has put throughout your life!
- You are going to be called for great things that HE sees down the road for you in the future!
- A phone call that you got, a moment, a connection, a conversation you had with somebody, a project that you did!
- That could have just been a little seed that God planted in you! He is nurturing you right now for greatness!
- It could be something in your past – in your childhood that you did that gave you that discovery!
- That was deep in your spirit that you love to do and you do it well!
- When you’re anointed by God, you desire to obey His word.
- How can you tell somebody is anointed by God specifically for something?
- You feel and see the presence of God around them!
- You feel and see that spirit of boldness.
- That that Lion of Judah – Spirit of boldness!
- Then you see them being obedient no matter what to God – no matter what! Their enemies just tend to fall down around them! That’s the anointing!
- But there’s specific anointings that God gives to us.
- How do we discover if God has given us the anointing?
- Can we ask for these anointings? Absolutely!
- We know in scripture, Jeremiah 33 :3 the Lord actually told the prophet Jeremiah to call unto him and He will show him the hidden things and show him the secret things you do not know! I call Jeremiah 33:3 God’s phone number! He will show you the hidden and secret things! ASK!
- Know that YOU have been set apart for something special for God!
I have also prayer that I declare all the time, and this is what it says and it’s so powerful:
“My testimony is this, and I make it over and over again!
Through the Blood of Jesus, I am redeemed out of the hand of the devil, into the Hand of God.
Spirit, Soul and Body I belong to Jesus Christ!
I am sanctified and set apart to God by the Blood of Jesus!”
I ask the Lord to reveal to me what He has written in my book in Heaven and I wait for my answer and I write it down in my journal!
So dig deeper! Keep asking! Keep seeking! Keep knocking! And it will be given unto you! Ask the Lord for more!
The more you desire to get clear the more the Holy spirit works on you and the clearer you get on discovering who you are and what you have been called to do!
God watches over his word to perform it! You speak it… He accelerates it! (Job 22:28) (Jer 1:11-12)
DECREE OUT LOUD AND AGREE WITH GOD FOR YOUR PURPOSE!
“Today I decree over my divine purpose as written for me in heaven by God. I agree with what you say Father over my life! I believe Jesus Christ is the author and finisher of my faith. I believe Jesus Christ designed my life as His plan and blueprint for my kingdom assignment and gifts to be a blessing to the world and I ask that my divine blueprint is activated right now and fulfilled by the authority of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. I ask the Lord to set up divine connections, interactions, events, appointments and God-encounters. I will be ready and able to interact with people of influence to help set me up for success. I declare open doors of blessings and new opportunities into the next levels God has for me. I speak financial increase and unexpected provision over my life. I declare promotions and awards for a job well done. I ask for Divine favor from God the Father when I come in and when I go out. I request to receive downloads of fresh ideas from the Holy Spirit that create acceleration and advancement. I say that I will not be ignored, declined, delayed, passed over or left out in Jesus’ Name! Because I am the head and not the tail, above only and not below. Today I declare I am gainfully and steadily achieving my goals and that success, favor and blessing shall be my portion! I decree and declare this all in Jesus Name! AMEN!! Whooo hooo!
